One clear price per team size

Your data is kept. Choose a plan in the portal under “Plan & billing”, plus the add-ons you want to keep; Mayora activates it. With up to 3 people you can also choose the free plan there. If no plan has been agreed after a short grace period, your company becomes read-only: everything stays visible and exportable and nothing is deleted – you can record new things again once a plan is chosen.

No. The trial lasts 6 weeks and includes every feature and every add-on, up to 15 people and 1 kiosk tablet. No payment details are collected.

Yes. During the trial you can use every add-on. Afterwards you decide which ones to keep – you only pay for those.

The free plan is for companies with up to 3 people and costs nothing, for good. It includes the core features: the time clock, break and rest-period checks under the ArbZG, shift planning, leave requests, surcharges and public holidays, records under § 17 MiLoG, timesheets and payroll hours as CSV, 7 languages for staff and offline punches. It does not include the add-ons or the DATEV exports (LODAS payroll file and booking export) – those need a paid plan. Every company starts with the 6-week trial with every feature; afterwards an administrator chooses the free plan in the portal under “Plan & billing”. If your company has more than 3 people, deactivate people first or choose a paid plan. For more people, add-ons or DATEV exports, ask for a paid plan in the portal at any time.

Companies that sign up by 31 March 2027 pay 50 % less for their first 6 months. The trial stays free; the launch offer only starts when you use a paid plan after the trial. Example Starter: €14.50 instead of €29 a month, All-in €19.50 instead of €39. On yearly billing you get the same value off the first yearly invoice: 25 % off (6 months at 50 %), so €217.50 instead of €290 for Starter. The launch offer does not apply to the free plan. All prices net plus VAT.

On the paid plans you can have extra users beyond the plan size: €3 per person and month, but never more than the next plan. Starter (10): up to 15 more, at most +€40 a month, so never more in total than Team (€69); Team (25): up to 25 more, at most +€60 a month, so never more in total than Business (€129); Business (50): up to 50 more, at most +€100 a month, so never more in total than Scale (€229). Scale (100): €3 per extra person with no cap – or Enterprise at €2.40 per person.

You book an add-on at any time in the portal under “Sector & features”. It is active at once and billed pro rata from the next invoice. You can cancel an add-on at the end of any month – on yearly billing, at the end of the paid contract year. When an add-on ends, your data is kept.

No. Your plan plus add-ons never cost more than your plan's All-in price; the cap is applied automatically. Example Team: the €69 core price plus 3 add-ons at €8 each would be €93 – you are billed €89 a month (All-in).

Mayora sends you an invoice every month (or every year) with every field required by § 14 UStG and VAT shown. In the portal you find all invoices as PDFs under “Billing”. For companies in other EU countries with a VAT ID, the reverse-charge procedure applies.

You pay monthly or yearly. You request a different plan in the portal under “Plan & billing”. The notice periods are in our terms (AGB). A smaller plan never locks anyone out; you just can't invite more people while the limit is reached.

Yes, at any time – even while your company is read-only. Administrators can download the company data, plus the sales journal, payroll hours and DATEV files (Beta). Every employee can download their own data with “Download my data” (Art. 15 and 20 GDPR).

The database is in Europe (multi-region eur3), the server functions run in Belgium (europe-west1) and files are stored in Frankfurt (europe-west3). Details on the privacy & security page.

On every paid plan, up to 2 people with read-only access don't use a seat – for example your tax advisor or a team lead who only needs to look. On the free plan it is 1 person.

No. Existing customers keep every feature at their current price.
